This is a walk out on the beach at Emerald Isle, North Carolina January 21, 2023! A Jeep Caravan is on the beach today they do several each year during the period of time when driving is allowed. They allow beach driving from after Labor Day until Memorial weekend. First time seeing this very calm day the temperature is 45 degrees!
