Nice work! I'd like to see a video of your sand blasting and powder coating setup.

Great video.. Just purchased a jeep air brand heat and air combo unit. I was told that it came with a new fresh air intake and it does not. So I'm going to rebuild the one I have or have you seen any aftermarket items that would work?

Not that I'm aware of. If anything, try to get in contact with Ray Moulton @ dead jeep. Tell him Cool Guy sent you. He'll get a kick out of it.

did you get a new Heater coil. If so where did you buy it?

I was able to use the original one, luckily. The ones online seem to be a mixed bag of quality and proper pipe alignment. I don't recall any copper core ones and I don't know how important that really is. If you can find a good used one on FB marketplace, I would go with that. But if that doesn't work out, Rock Auto has a few selections and so does most of the Jeep aftermarket stores like Quadratec and Morris 4x4.

Did you end up re-installing the computer bracket? I didn't see it. Also, do you happen to know what computer that is exactly?

No. I installed an HEI distributor, which enabled me to bypass the whole system and remove about a mile of extra wire and vacuum tubes. I have a video on how to do this if you're interested. It's really the only non OEM thing I did except for the high back seats. Still working on getting a set of those. I have the computer bracket sitting in the basement, all powder coated and clean. 😁
