Pls anytime i fly my vivitar sky view drone it goes up and immediately comes back down and the lights starts flashing pls i need help with it pls

Hi, please make sure 1. it is fully charged (drone and RC). Then calibrate in an open area. If using the app make sure connection is good. 2. Check settings in the app 3. Make sure props are properly installed 4. Have you had any kind of damage? Water/accident?
