Cool overview. My ears picked up the words "four door." around 0:47s . Can you share a picture? I don't think I've seen one of those. EDIT: Ok, I stand corrected. I actually did see a few pictures of them, but I assumed they were phantoms. I guess they were real rare, and mostly for the railroad use or built out of country.
