Is it only one setting for heat? On and off?

Those have Hi Lo and Off. High gets very hot

Just tried installing mine. But they don't get nearly hot enough. What did I do wrong?

Do you have seat covers over them? Or leather seats? These are so hot when I ride in his Jeep I can only tolerate high for 20 minutes before it starts to be uncomfortable for me. Maybe a bad set?

@413BROS probably a bad set. I have seat covers. So I installed them between the seats and seat covers. Might try to get better pads later but they will havework for now. Thank you for the quick reply. I'll comment later if I manage to get them hotter
