What bracket did you use to mount the manifold? Looks like a Metalcloak bracket for the ARB Twin Compressor.

Well done! Any issues after install? Did you have to move the a/c line out of the why a bit? Looks like the ARB manifold is contacting the a/c line.

So...what was the ballpark cost for the setup? And how long was your install?

I don’t remember exactly but probably around 1k. I bought everything when it went on sale that year. I don’t recommend the ARB compressor because it didn’t last. The install probably took 4 hours with me taking my time and filming.

@@HardEarnedBacon thx. I've heard of the ARB longevity problem from elsewhere. I wonder if that could be helped by using a 2 gallon tank at a higher pressure. Or if there is a way to come up with a better compressor.

How has this been working out for you over the past year? Any problems with under hood heat or compressor reliability?

The compressor failed in less than a year. I wish I could say the heat killed it but a friend had his mounted under his passenger seat and it died in about the same time. I don’t think these are good compressors in the long run. The SPOD is awesome and one of my favorite mods.
