Jeep Patriot Front Door Stuck Open & Lower Hinge Replacement

In this video, I show what happens with the hinge mechanism when the front driver's door gets stuck open.
I also show how to replace the hinge without removing the door and how to tighten the bolts and nuts to specs.

I don't know how much it would cost since I have been fixing my cars and others for more than 50 years. I guess a mechanic should be able to replace this hinge and align the door in about 30 to 40 minutes. You can find the price of this hinge online.
