I had this problem but the issue was bad brake lines causing the caliper to stick. Replaced my OE rubber ones with steel braided brake lines.

What fenders are those?

Unimenius they are the Xenon flat fenders I can't remember off the top of my head what size I think 6in. www.quadratec.com/products/12511_611_07.htm link to them here
