Jeep Wk CRD turbo resonator delete

I did resonator delete: Used 1 pcs 90 deg 2,5" charge air pipe and 2 pcs silicone hose adapters, the same size as the elbow pipe. Secured with proper T-bolt clamps. 90 deg elbow pipe length is close to 450 mm. If your lucky, as I am, all parts can be found store without modification. Installation time about 1 hour.

Have you had it pop off at all at boost? I did something similar and kept having them pop when under major load.

I have not had a problem with it yet granted I did tighten the crap out of the t clamps. I also recently put the 1.5 stage tune on it with the delete and still haven't had a problem with it. Did you put a flange or bevel on your boost pipe?

Dont forget to install a handfull of small ball bearings to help remove the soot when you first stat it 😒

there is slightly more whoosh sound from the turbo
