I am not one to post - however I ordered this after viewing your video. I totally makes a huge difference, a bit of a pita to plug it in but not so bad. I actually had ordered both the Idrive and the Hikeit, but for $70 difference I sent the Idrive back without even opening the box, so can not say what, if any difference between the two.

Just have to watch taking turns with any kind of sand or gravel in the road, she'll definitely throw some rocks out the back. 7 of my friends ordered one for their Jeeps and I keep telling everyone that I know about it... I let them drive my Jeep and feel the difference in the response. One of the best mods by far for these turds.

Finally got mine Saturday and installed it in the Post Office parking lot. Tested it a bit Saturday night and took the Jeep out wheeling Sunday. HOW FREAKING AWESOME. Eco/4x4 mode is amazing offroad on the hills and rocks. The throttle control it gives you is absolutely perfect. Auto mode is best on the highway, Sport mode works perfect in the canyons, and even seems to help stay right there in the powerband coming out of corners. Hikeit mode is intense and I won't be using it on road. But it was really fun in the mud. Still testing cruise mode around town. Seems like a good fit. The one thing I was a little disappointed with is when you're in say hikeit or sport mode and you let off and get back on it there's still a little lag. I was hoping it would make the pedal snappier. But it does what you'd expect and opens the throttle a ton more with just light presses. Maybe a different pedal spring would help with the reaction I'm looking for. Overall, I LOVE IT. Thanks so much Ben for your review and the awesome discount. Got mine for $130, but I would have been willing to pay the $200 knowing what it does.

THANK YOU BEN!!!!! Just got it installed and yeah I gotta be careful with this add on. 1st 2nd 3rd gear the jeep moves. Maybe it's due to new exhaust n cold air intake but just got done with a 4 hour drive on the highway n was maxed out at 20.1mpg. Haven't seen that since the 2 1/2 lift and 35's were installed. Either way you were spot on with this one. Thanks again

I just ordered one!!! When you have a 3.8 you'll try anything... I also recently installed a chip PCR (performance chip revamp) it's supposed to give a little more power and better gas mileage! I think it helped a little and it did bump my mpg from 18 hwy to around 19.5 hwy,, I'm going try the chip with the throttle controller........

I regeared and added tru-trac front and rear because it's also my daily driver/weekend warrior and am not going any bigger not changing axels.
