The latch mechanism obstructs the license plate .. a big no-no in most states. I never understood the stupid design of that latch placement when it could easily be placed in a non-obstructive location.

I was thinking the same thing. At first glance it looks awesome but there's too many negatives to it. The obstructed license plate, having to modify the 3rd breaking light, not tow friendly. Hard pass.

CAN YOU GUYS PLEASE DO VIDEOS ON CJs? I’m a CJ5 owner (1972) and I’d love to learn and see more. All y’all ever do is JKs And JLs etc. I love the videos but most of us have older jeeps. Thanks!

We actually do not currently carry parts for CJs, sorry! We are currently trying to get more YJs in the shop though, I know some of those parts can go back and forth fitment-wise so keep an eye out! Thanks for watching, Dustin! -Zach
