Would this fall under a muffler delete ?? , the loss of back pressure would it need a tune ??

Pretty much! Since you don't interfere with the catalytic converters and you retain the factory resonator, I really wouldn't worry about the loss of back pressure causing issues. If anything, it will allow your 3.6L to breath a little bit better. I'd only be concerned if you deleted a cat or changed the headers. -Zach
