I find it strange how everyone thinks they know what a jeep is made for... It is made to be able to do multiple things, but everyone seems to think the car is made for only offroading and rock crawling lmfao. Everyone buys a jeep for their own rsn, and for whatever rsn they bought it for in no way is ur rsn any better... A jeep is not made to be flipped over and scratched, or only go offroad. If it was only for that it wouldn't be street legal... How u want to use ur jeep is up to u, how u wanna customize ur jeep is up to u, if u want someone to use or only customize their jeep as u would bc it's ur tradition u be ready to pay that person as much as they want bc it's not ur car...

I had the same issue on my second Jeep. The wipers would come on and all of the lights would flash. The headlights would flash as well so people would think I was flicking them off. I would literally turn on my wiper fluid so it looked like I intentionally had my wipers on 🙄. Headlight was the issue on mine too.

It said no bus because you probably put in LED headlights. The Jeep was not seeing enough voltage, sometimes it will also make the interior light stay on. All you had to do was put a resistor inline. They are so common that Wal-Mart has them for 9.99. Try going through that in upstate Ny and having to put the resistor in when it's 40 below with the wind. The step not coming down is probably due to the sensor on the door or the relay. Did the interior light come on when the step was not working? Swap the passenger step with the drivers step and see if it does it. That will narrow it down. If so it's not the step.

Ok. Yeah, I hear that you don't lose much mpg with 35" tires (3 mpg in your case), however, if you put 37" tires it takes a drastic toll on the mpg as low as 10 - 12 mpg. So with 35" tires and a 3 mile loss, how many miles per gallon do get? Realistically

Do y’all recommend a 2017-2018 Jeep as a daily? I want to lift mines with a small lift but is the ride quality good? And is it very reliable? Sure I will give it good maintenance but I need some answers from real Jeep owners! Anything will help I work hard for my stuff and hope getting a Jeep is a good move I know Gas mileage is bad but I’m pretty sure their is a good side of a Jeep

Javier Garcia don’t know if you still need an answer but I just bought a 2017 jk unlimited. The ride quality is not as good as other SUV’s BUT... it’s not a Ford Explorer it’s a JEEP they are purely made for off road. Heck they don’t even have independent suspension but that’s because it better off road with out it. All I can say is go to a dealer ship take a used one on a test drive do test drive a 2 door and a 4 door
