As always, an awesome production there. Have you guys ever thought about putting an ariel drone to work for you? Would have been an amazing shot to have one come flying up while you guys were lined up on cliff hanger. Great stuff either way.
@wayalife8 жыл бұрын
We'd love to incorporate a drone into our footage but it takes too much time to setup and everything we do is unscripted. To setup a drone would kill the moment and so, we just do without.

Such nice Jeep people driving JKs. Thanks to you, it's more ambiguity about whether I, as a TJ driver, should wave to JK drivers. I usually get stiffed around home, but sometimes I don't catch the errant JK wave fast enough and then feel like a jerk. Maybe I'll just look for WAYALIFE swag before deciding. :)

Any chance future adventures like this one will include some camera footage by a drone? It would be amazing to see aerial footage of everyone's jeep especially a shot when everyone was driving down along the cliffs edge!
@wayalife8 жыл бұрын
We have a drone and we'd love to but when you're running a big group, it's hard enough to keep things moving along without having to take the time to setup and fly a drone. Of course, during a week like EJS, there are other groups behind you the whole time.
@atlasmedia138 жыл бұрын
If anything, I'd love to offer my services of semi-pro camerawork and filmography skills to the Wayalife channel! The only thing I would ask for in exchange would be is just to ride along in one of your jeeps and experience the adrenaline of going off-road and rock crawling! ;) Im a 21 year old senior in college at Midwestern State University and my hometown is Plano, TX. I'm just dying to see what it would be like to be a part of the jeep community!

@wayalife8 жыл бұрын
If you can pull it off, 37's would be ideal but you need quite a bit of lift to run them without trimming. I might recommend 35's and about 4" of lift.

What size coilovers do most guys run? 12" -14"?
@wayalife8 жыл бұрын
The size of the coil over won't make a difference if you don't have a kit that will allow you to use the entire length of it. For instance, the EVO lever rear system uses an 8" coil over but due to its design, you still get a full 14" of vertical travel and limiting straps are needed to prevent driveline bind.
