I would but I no longer have that Jeep! Sorry... but they are a nice piece of kit, I do recommend them. Most people relocate and/or weld on smaller shock mounts on a Cherokee when lifting them anyways so it shouldn’t be an issue if you do that

Do these contact the shock?

Yes and no. If you rotate the axle to adjust the pinion angle and move it back an inch with out moving the shock mounts on the axle... it will touch the rearward shock. If you have the axle in the stock location is should be fine.
