Thank you for the information. I can see JKD salutation is a very complex and contrary to the JKD principle of simplicity. Do you mind elaborating the meaning behind the sequence of this salutation?

Happy to help. This is one of the salutations. It does have some meanings to it, but we mostly choose to use it because we like it. You can also go with something less fancy like a regular bow. At the end of the day you just need something to let people know that class is starting or ending. A shout works just as good.
