"ਸੰਤਾ ਕੇ ਕਾਰਜਿ ਆਪਿ ਖਲੋਇਆ ਹਰਿ ਕੰਮੁ ਕਰਾਵਣਿ ਆਇਆ ਰਾਮ॥" ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਜ਼ੀਜ਼ ਸਮਝ ਕੇ ਛੋਟਾ ਭਰਾ/ਭੈਣ ਸਮਝ ਕੇ ਇਸ ਕਾਰਜ ਨੂੰ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਡੀ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਨਾ। ਇਹ ਜੋ ਕਾਰਜ ਅਸੀਂ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਉਂ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਅਸੀਂ ਰੱਬ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਉਹ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਦੇਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਚਹਿਰੇ ਤੇ ਮੁਸਕਰਾਹਟ ਰੱਖ ਕੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ, ਦਯਾ, ਨਿਮਰਤਾ ਵਰਗੇ ਭਾਵ ਭਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਹਿ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੋਵੇ "ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾਂ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਹਾਂਗਾ"। ਗੁਰੂ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਤਾਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਅਰਜੁਨ ਦੇਵ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਹੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਫੇਰ ਸ਼ਮਸ ਨੇ ਰੂਮੀ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਇਨਾਇਤ ਨੇ ਬਾਬਾ ਬੁੱਲ੍ਹੇਸ਼ਾਹ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ। ਭਾਵਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਫਰਕ ਥੋੜੀ ਨਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸਿਰਫ ਇੱਕ ਗੀਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਐਲਬਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਬਲਕਿ ਹਰ ਉਸ ਸ਼ਖਸ ਦੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਦੱਸੇਗੀ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਵੱਲ ਮੋੜਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਦਾ ਉਹ ਬੀਜ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਮਾਲਕ ਦੀ ਦਯਾ ਮਿਹਰ ਨਾਲ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਦਿਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੀਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਹੌਲੀ-ਹੌਲੀ ਵੱਧ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਹਜਾਰਾਂ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਥੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਪਰ ਇਹ ਤਾਂ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹਜਾਰਾਂ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਅਸਾਡੇ ਵਰਗੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇੱਥੇ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ "ਜੀਵੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ"।। www.ketto.org/fundraiser/jeevay-punjab-music-album?payment=form

Shiv Kumar Batalvi one of the finest Punjabi poet. His poetry is so deep that each verse has its own story. Just like this poem is about a woman who yearns for a child of her own. Her husband is away for long periods. She makes a clay doll that she treats as her child, singing it this lullaby. She sings that her child doesn't cry nor walk nor ask her for anything. She also realizes her jealousy toward other women who she sees happily playing with their children.

The beautiful tale behind the story is that there used to be a woman living in Balochistan, a province of today's Pakistan and her husband used to work in merchandise ships so he had to live away from her. She had a son to fulfill her company but he died in a very small age and she was left alone in agony which ultimately made her kind of mad. She made a small doll of mud and started treating it as her son. She used to feed her and sing lullaby for it to sleep. She used to take it everywhere where she used to go. She became a figure of laughter for the public. And in this song it is shown what was the relationship between the mother and her son made up of mud. . . 'Mitti da bawa' means the son made up of mud 'Jaggha paani ha ve utto deni ha khesi' means she put on shirt on him and she puts on blanket as well . 'Na ro mitti deya baweya ve tera pyo pardesi' means she consoles her son and not to cry even though his father is a merchant. She even talks to him about everyday things while addressing as 'kithe te launiaan main daaliya ve patta waliya kitthe te lawan main shehtut ve mere samajhe nu samajhe na aayi' by this she means that she had planted a peepal plant and it had grown several leaves as well and she don't know now where will she plant the shehtut plant...... very nice and heart touching song 😍😍😍 The thing I personally liked the most is the name of the channel "Jeevay Punjab"😁😁😁 which shows that out great promised land Punjab is still alive though it is divided on both sides of the border. Hats off to Jeevay Punjab 😀😀😀😀😘
