THE GREAT Vinnie Colauita on drums...ex Zappa...Some believe him to be the premier drummer worldwide past and present.. Good vehicle for Beck...watching good musicians make you want to hang up your instrument...but we all can't be the best and have to just keep plugging along learning something new and refining what you already have a handle on....

I was at that concert and it was awesome! Jeff and the band were on fire! No one knew who Tal was at that time. She looked so young, people were like, is she Jeff Becks daughter?

Jeff Beck 1944-2023. RIP. The Yardbirds. Later, The Jeff Beck Group with a fledgling new singer Rod Stewart, 1969 amazing album, “Truth” along with Ron Woods (Rolling Stones) on bass, are good places to start listening to the unique icon musical genius.

Jeff on fire, as per. Good band for him to show his skills. Think it would be more accurate to say Zappa sounded like Beck at times, lol. Jeff was one of Frank's favourite guitarists by the way. They both had the wisdom to improve their bands by moving from Bozo to Vinnie🙂

It's not easy to hear past the lead to hear the musicians behind them. As good as Jeff Beck is, he always finds musicians who can back him up with authority. Beck, Wilkenfeld, Rebello, and Colaiuta are about as good as it gets. But, somehow Beck keeps finding people that push him into new territory. It's a gift we all benefit from.

LOL..."Never going to pick up my guitar again" I think when a guitarist listens to Jeff there are only one of two choices to make...Get inspired and practice every free moment you have or stick your guitar in the closet and wind up working in a gas station. I'm guessing that you two may have caught the Frank Zappa reference I worked into that comment? Let me know. Great reaction as always. Nice having people that really know music doing reactions. I have seen-heard both Jeff and Frank two times in concert.

Great song choice for a reaction but something went wrong about half way through. The audio is still fine but the video goes to still frames so we’re not actually seeing them move anymore. Also, I always thought the part where this song really hits reminds me of a movie scene of someone realizing they’re in the wrong place. In a scary, dangerous part of town, at night. Idk. Just the mental imagery it always gives me 🤷‍♂️ lol
