Thank you. Just what I needed to watch. My hubby and I are directors of our farm business and own property, plus small pensions. I am nearly 52, hubby is 55. We have started to save to retire from the farm, and possibly live on rental income, I'd really appreciate you go LIVE and talk about how to earn passive income online and retire comfortably, let’s say $1M.

It really isn’t about how much you save, it’s about how you manage your money. Whether you work to earn income or invest, it still boils down to income vs expenses, so yeah you may look into financial advisors for a strategy that suits your timing.

I totally agree, I'm 60 and newly retired with about 1.2 million outside retirement funds, no debt, and very small dollars in retirement funds compared to my portfolio balance over the past 3 years till date. tbh, the role of the invt-advisor can only be overlooked, not denied. just have to do your research in finding a reputable one.

I personally work with 'Julie Anne Hoover’’ she covers things like investing, insurance, making sure retirement is well funded, going over tax benefits, ways to have a volatility buffer for investment risk. many things like that. Just take a look at her full name on the internet. She is well known so it shouldn't be hard to find her.

"If you don't love your work you are never going to be great at it" This is a great saying, I love my work so much and I can't explain how much I enjoy it, every barrier, every problem gives me so much experience and knowledge. I believe happiness and joy come naturally when you experience success, achievements with the hard work and the effort you invest. Whether you have a small, medium, or large business you can still enjoy depending on how much you believe in yourself, effort, and hard work. I have a small business but it is like part of my family which is responsible for our happiness, comfort, and joy. This wouldn't be the case if I didn't enjoy my work. It is true that we should find something we like to do and give our best effort so that no one can stop our success. All the best.

I was lucky that I really like every job I had in my life. The past 20 years I am self employed and am able to develop myself in any way I want, without any outside pressure . Work is not just about the money. Many people seem to think that a big paycheck makes up for all the stress and frustration you have because the job you are doing is not the job for you. I swear when I say that signs are not only real, but guidance. I LITERALLY have been plagued by this very question. I now know what I got to do, and I can set my feet on the ground long enough to figure out how to get there. Wow..and to think I almost skipped over this video because of my biased ego.

We should we run before money? Why can't we be stable with our job? Satisfaction is the key here for a good living. If we are satisfied with whatever we have we will live longer, larger and to the fullest. Money can't buy happiness. Our satisfaction can.

Plan of action according to Jeff Bezos: 1) Be born into wealth 2) Start a company with said wealth 3) Exploit workers and don't pay any taxes 4) Influence politics so workers never have a chance to be paid a livable wage 5) Have an unlimited money supply by convincing investors that "it will be profitable one day," thereby eliminating competition while having record losses, aka creating a monopoly 7) ??? 8) Become the richest man alive 9) Retire because public outcry about the company's ethics is getting louder So inspiring to listen to and seek advice from a ruthless employer!

Taking substantial risks may be a prerequisite for success but not everyone can afford that risk at all, and most of the time risk isn't rewarded at all. And then there's the fact that those with the most money get paid for different things that aren't risky at all.

I'll work my ass off.
