Nobody would know Byron song if it didn’t take off in the way that it did, but that is besides the point. Business is business. If you started a restaurant and name it CFK and it have the logo of it be red and white with a white old woman in it, and it got popularity rivaling with KFC, best believe KFC will be attacking legally. It is just business. If the business did not got popular, no alarm would not be there so no one would feel offended or see the recreation of the idea. Understand?
