I half agree. if someone is comfortable in their own skin then no amount of pressure should force them to have an alteration. However, if there is a feature about yourself that you don't like and is weighing you down mentally, I don't see anything wrong with getting it seen to. Everyone is different, and everyone should be afforded a choice which is free of stigma. I am bald and I am fine with it, but my brother had a hair transplant and he is so much happier and confident, and I would never rob him of that joy by telling him to "Be natural".
