+Ebenezar Hi there Ebenezar, i wouldnt know a lot about surfy stuff but actually i would think it would sound really good with the Kahler which is perfect for that twangy thing and the emgs which give a killer punchy tone and clean this guitar would be still very crunchy and with nice wide frets there would certainly be worse guitars one could surf on! : D thanks for watching

Daniel Malone Appreciate the reply. I love the Kahler system. I had one on a Matthias Jabs Explorer, and while the guitar itself didn't have much tonal character, the Kahler was awesome! I am not familiar with the EMG pickups. I've used BC Rich and Les Pauls for heavier stuff, jsut kept them stock. I'll have to give this Hanneman model a look over as soon as I come across one. Very cool guitar. THanks for the post!

+Ebenezar one warning!!! The frets are W........i........d....................e!!!! like grand canyon wide,widest frets i have ever tried,actually too wide for soloing fast,something to consider if you shred! : D
