George Giannik have you ever meal prepped spending up to 1g+ a week worth of foods, then hit the gym for 2-4 hours twice a day? .. also concluding that some people produce more natural testosterone than others .. really makes a difference

Just because he's cut does not mean he is on steroids.. He only ways between 190 and 210 I'm guessing. But he's definitely not on steroids. He just works hard and has good diet.

n.c.c. guys, look at jeff's body transformation... he was huge (HUGE) at the age of 15, he had the bigger back i´ve ever seen on that age, so, or he was on roids at 14, or he is still naty brah.And apart from that. I think i have to believe he is naty, beacuse if he is not, then what it is? Just look at his history and progress... its more easy to believe that he is natural, and that his body is the resoult of yearas of hard work (and his glorious genetics of course xD) than thinking he is on roids while you watch his video lied eating your fat foot....)

Let me spell this out for you: if there is no testing in a competition - everyone in that competition is is on steroids. Bigdrop dA Look at his physique, his body fat percentage, and the fact that he maintains that percentage year round. He is a fitness model and makes money off his physique. Those people who say he's on roids are absoultely know nothing about steroids and genetics. This is the truth. First of all: 1 . His body when he was 14 -16 was even better than an avarage male at 25 yo. He's genetics amazing. 2. His skin , veins and muscles looks so naturally. 3. He started working out 11 years ago! Fukin 11 year transformation! (Not 2-3 bro..) 4. He's working so hard! The human body is amazing guyz! Of course you can't reach this if ur genetics not as good as him or u lazy bro. But if u work hard and have good genetics you can reach a similar body.
