Heaven help FutureMotion as VESC becomes more plug in play. What if we standardized the motor, battery, powers, and sensor cable connectors? Then take make the software such that after you perform the motor and IMU calibration all you do is install a config file for your motor/vesc/rails combination and BAM! You're Floating! One can dream right....Well fortunately for us we have a community striving to make this our reality. Thanks to guys like TFL, The Board Garage and Makers PEV and many others, we'll be there soon.

Depends on how carried away you want to get. Markerspev has their ready to go box or if you want better durability and cooling there is the prebuilt floatboxx that customwheel is doing.

All my Underground Racing this season has me more than prepared to playfully handle this playa at Burning Man this year. In fact, I'm a Play-uh on the Playa amongst the hords of Onewheels being wobbled around by most. I love yelling, "Your collarbone hates you!" at speeding EUC, e-mtb and scooters as they fly by. Oh well, some lessons are best learned the hard way if they must. I like the added supply and downwards price pressure of the low mile hardware and parts that they supply to the resale marketplace anyway. 👍

I don’t understand why they put out skate stoppers, CA has been the leader in terms of X game skating development. Can’t stand why they feel the need to put them everywhere but lack a better freeway safety standard, everyday heavily driven roads constantly damaging the foundation in turn needing to be under constant reconstruction.. like can we build something that doesn’t need to be a a giant river of a freeway with no other purpose than to expedite travel.
