Mickey's high voice is not a Falsetto, its a true high singing voice. he's 71 years old now and still sings great for his age. A lot of the rockers with high voices had great falsetto vocals when they were young but its generally hard to maintain as you age. often times they resort to down tuning the instruments to compensate for the difficulty that arises as they get older.

Micky still hits it at the County and State fairs with his version of Starship, Grace has morphed into Sam Kinison and lives in LA, Paul died a few years back. Sadly, David Friberg has his own version of Jefferson Starship under license from the Estate of Paul. Craig is semi retired as a "Smooth Jazz " artist in Oregon. However, "Jane" was their 1979 entry into somewhat glam rock and a string of pop hits lasting for about 7 years.
