WOW, a 40 pound slab of honey comb!

There is nothing unusual about getting honey from a beehive removal, but to find a single slab of honeycomb that weighs as much as this one did, now THAT's unusual.
We figured this removal was going to be a large one, most of the removals Mike Barry and I have done tend to be that way, • Monster bee hive remov...
just one of the many, but what we did not expect to find was just how large the comb was going to be.
As always, Good Time Charlie was there to video all the excitement and help in any way possible, and once again captured some marvelous footage of the removal. Also, for all those interested, check out Mike Barry's KZbin channel, he has fantastic information on keeping bees that many find useful in their own bee yards.
On a personal note, thank you all so much for your prayers for my mom and her children, all 6 of us, it is greatly appreciated, and I ask that you continue praying for her. I wanted all to know she is resting comfortably, is in no pain, and she is at peace with her eminent death. We have been advised by the Hospice nurses that there will be a continued decline in her health, and it is almost assured she will not make it for her 96th birthday on the 9th of this month. Also, I will be answering comments soon, but I still ask for your understanding in my lack of responding. God's peace to all. Mr. Ed

Jeff, I didn't know about your lovely mother's health. She and all of you will be in my talks with God. When you had your mother on your channel there was a sense of lightness because of the way you two interacted. Her eyes sparkled as she happily laughed. The silly laughter of when she was trying to do the closing of one of your videos still makes me smile when I think of it. Your mom is a wonderful woman. Been getting treatment from doctors since 2016 after I repeatedly tried hanging myself. It hurt too much to succeed. The evil one has been trying hard to kill me since Feb 17 1996. Things got really bad for me afterwards. I`m damaged now.

I got baptized in 1996 and have been tormented since except sometimes I`d get high enough on drugs or whiskey to escape it. I wonder if the same thing happens to other people? My grandpa said a demon attacked him and choked him the evening after he became an ordained minister. I promised everyone I wouldn`t give up and I`m hard headed but I`m not well.

The large ones like this one really enthrall me that something so small can make something so perfect to hold not only eggs but pollen and honey, beautiful honey. I could never understand why my mother didn't like honey, she didn't like tea or coffee either. She loved to smell it brewing but didn't like the taste. You talked about the change of season. My father had some land by a lake 300 miles south from where we lived. They where a 2 week until season change between the two places. Now from me to you it must be 2 months. That why I like watching your videos to see spring come so early for your area. The Dirt Roaster goes on about the heat. We have 2 to 3 months below 32 degrees in the winter and the summer for about a month the heat and it is a killer.
