This is 100% true. I have experienced this myself. When a recruiter with so much of experience give some advice, try following at least once. Thanks Jeff. Now up for RRK.

This is a great video. I really liked the format and the reasonings behind your steps. I feel like looking for a job is a full-time job in of its self. The advice in this video would be great for someone like my dad who is looking to make a change and has three opportunities for interviews. But for someone like me, it can be very challenging because I am starting my career so I am applying to hundreds of companies. I would be very interested in this sort of video geared more towards someone who needs to find a job right now and potentially has many interviews lined up and is applying to many more. Should I just slow down a bit?

Andrew, thank you for your comment. Yes, you should slow down a little and focus more on networking than applying. Remember it is important to focus on the why, each time you consider a job opportunity. Your passion will translate into success in the interviews, so research the companies you really want to work for and try networking. I hope this helps!
