When I first looked at the still of the video I just thought to myself that here is another guy putting out a video while pushing out his belly as far as he could for a before and after. I said to myself I am already going to be so why waste time. So, So, So glad that I clicked on it. I don't know who you are like really are but I want to find out. I continue to do so much research for when I am ready to fully commit to a healthier me. I started cracking the marble 1 week ago. Just saw this video. Now I am motivated as hell. I gained a lot of weight in fat these past couple of months. I am a 22 year old, 5' 7'' guy. Last week I weighed 217 lbs at like 35% body fat. Now I weigh 209 at 31% body fat. My goal is to go back to what I weighed last year, which is 160 lbs at 13% body fat. I have always been fit my whole life, played sports in high school and was into bodybuilding. These past few months have been rough and life hit me hard and I stopped working out and formed bad habits which caused me to lose my physique entirely. But I WILL get my body back no matter how grueling the process is. For anyone wondering what I am doing to get my body back: I am basically staying at a caloric deficit at all times. I eat one meal a day and train 3-4 hours a day at a fasted state. No more sugar. No more fat. All I put into my body are the things that will help me improve and reach my goal. Thanks for posting this, Jeff Logan. I just discovered you on KZbin a few days ago and you are truly inspirational man. Thanks and keep grinding.

That’s how I feel trying to uncover the marble to reveal the best me ever I’m at 270 now, like pure muscle (check my profile pic out)! I love football, I played since I was in elementary school all the way up to college, bern training in those times! Not knowing the real and best me under that huge muscle there’s more, I joined army got ripped but now I’m 30 and it’s health, therapy, and lastly I want a flawless physique and I promised this summer I was going to show my physique wherever necessary be healthy and tell my doctors this is therapy to beat depression and hopefully anxiety because I want my real physique to show and stay! Best of blessing Bro! I’m trying to get down to at 225 by June first! Prayer 🙏
