My general assumption is that Morphe's "commercial activities" clause is probably their attempt to appease the other influencers who threaten to drop their Morphe codes, so they probably don't include Jeffree in any social or promotional events where other influencers' names will be lopped together. I think what morphe meant by "commercial activity" was that they are ceasing any and all ties with jefrfee star in relation to their public commercial partnership and the selling of consumer products. By "conclude in the few weeks" they were saying that the closure of the partnership will conclude within the next few weeks. Like you said, there are contracts, legal obligations, etc. and that takes a long time to go through, especially when going between lawyers. Hopefully this makes sense.
