I've just realized that Trisha doesn't really have a personality. Her personality reflects those around her. That's why we thought she was changing on Frenemies, because she was reflecting Ethan's growth when it came to awareness, and being transparent with his audience. This is why she's doing all this Hebrew and converting stuff because her partner reflects those things, and why she was behaving the way she did on the podcast because they were talking shit. It’s easier to control, manipulate and form a trauma bond with you if you are isolated from other sources of emotional support. You’re more willing to manage their ego and emotions if you’re more dependent on them for emotional fulfillment.

She even mentioned it on her youtube channel recently that she never got the diagnosis but just believes she has BPD because the therapist told her to get DBT therapy, but also told her she has symptoms of BPD never diagnosing her.
