Jeffrey Reed New Landscape Paintings

Jeff Reed is a master of landscape painting. He makes you feel like you are right there on the spot with him, that’s how intensely he evokes atmosphere and a sense of place. So I was surprised to learn he is not exclusively a plein air painter.
