@@RyanC232 The Kingdom of God is essentially the rule of Christ. At the present time, Christ rules in the hearts of believers. That's why we pattern our lives after his teachings. In the future, however, every knee will bend to Christ and he will explicitly rule over all. Philippians 2:11. Christians are benefited even now by patterning our lives after Christ even though we are still in sin. The kingdom of God will be fully realized when everything is finally brought back under subjection to God. I hope that helps.

I recently came across your videos and appreciate the logic and perspective on the JW beliefs. It sounds like you are a Christian though. How do you see these Witness contradictions and fallacies and ignore the overall flawed message of the Bible?

Well I don’t believe the Bible is flawed, especially not it’s message. I did for many many years, then after personal study, (and I do mean personal, reading books pro and anti bible, lectures, debates etc) I came to believe it was true. I think regardless of what people believe about the Bible, it’s the best tool to use against most witnesses. It’s the only thing they trust, or so they claim, and they each have one, which means they are carrying the very tool that could free them. Out of curiosity, were you ever a JW?

@@LightoverDarkMinistry Now that's customer service! I am an ex JW. I was raised in the cult and fortunately realized these contradictions and control elements that were employed. After people kept telling me i was in a cult and that i was abused for so many years i had to investigate. Some of the ideas i found to be silly like the Jesus didn't die on a cross idea and not having a beard. Other ideas were more serious like everyone else but us would die even if they were innocent and just living life. Logic prevailed and I escaped and thank the Maker I did. As for the Bible being flawed I am very curious how someone who presents as logical as you do could come away with that mentality. Even as a Christian I believed it was flawed. It just didn't matter to me. As for the message inside I find it confusing and easy to pull out ideas that could lead one wherever they wanted to go. I would love to speak more on this and appreciate you listening and even just having this channel. As for how to free a witness... just wait lol... the end is coming and has been coming for the longest time. Once you turn 40 and realize the end isn't coming you easily can be convinced that there is no clear sign for when the last days are, when they will end, or what we should even be doing. When I speak to the people i grew up with I don't need to prove anything or overcome their silly points as I was raised in that religion. So the silly advice to pray and to just read the Bible don't work against solid logic. Keep it up though. You are making a difference.

@@RyanC232 Thanks for sharing! Yeah it’s definitely a cult, and concepts of logic, laws of non contradiction, empirical evidence, even independent thinking, all frowned upon for obvious reasons. Even the hard question concerning the Bible, history, God, just blazed over as “don’t worry, just trust Jehovah.” They know further digging you’ll quickly start questioning, and they can’t have that. How Jesus will return, He himself has predicted. (Matthew 24:30.) In the same context, he warned of confreres who would appear with the news that he had already returned hidden from the world. Since the Watchtower Society has proclaimed the invisible presence of Christ since its beginnings, it can be identified as one of the false prophets stigmatized by Jesus. (Matthew 24:24). Jesus foretold before His ascension that through the Holy Spirit He would be with His true followers until His return (Matthew 28:20). In this regard, an invisible presence of Christ has existed in a sense for about two thousand years. While his first coming was intended only for his Jewish compatriots, Jesus will reveal himself to the world in his parusiah in a generally perceptible scenario. What teachers would the apostle Paul warn the public about today? The answer is obvious, at least for Christians who love biblical truth. No. Baptism is like marriage. You can be totally in love with someone equally before and after marriage. But If you arnt willing to marry them, your claim that person is your one true love isn’t believable. Baptism is a response and a public declaration of faith which any true believe would want to be apart of. It’s a sign you truly having saving faith, but baptism does not save you, Christ does.

read the whole verse, don’t just see what you want, but what scripture says, even tough it contradicts JW doctrine. This is talking about the anointing of the spirit, hence why Peter says “not the washing away of dirt” aka water baptism. As 1 John 2:27 and eph 1:13 says, it’s the Holy Spirit that’s given, which is what saves you. No work of man can satisfy the wrath of God and pay for sin.

@@lionegberts I personally believe the 1000 year reign is metaphorical, but I refer to the millennial kingdom and Christ's final rule, wether that be 1000 years, 10,000 or infinite. However I think it's very clear that Christ is reigning now, but when he returns he will reign physically. I open to being a bit wrong on my eschatology, as it's non-essential.

JW kingdom = JW community. King is not Jesus but governing body which has legislative, executive and judicial function and absolute rule over all the JW. Governing body is responsible for all the JW "public services" too (peace and order, religious services, education services (Gilead, school for kingdom evangelizers, meetings), health services (HLC), infrastructure projects (building of kingdom halls, bethels, and selling them afterwards). The forms of taxation: "voluntary" donations and free labor (forced labor). JW are separated from the world which is another proof that it is country of their own right.

13.8 billion years later a god creates life and only for humans adds an invisible soul that will end up in the spirt world. How pointless, the angels were created in the spirit realm what's the point of the human to angel transition? If god is all powerful couldn't he see it was pointless?
