Rappa is very very fun and very strong on a f2p level. Her damage ceiling is definitely up there with the Big Four. My only critique of her right now is that...I wish her base speed was higher or at least there was a faster way to get her ult up faster. I built mine with 153 speed because I felt like she was too slow for my liking.

She's a break unit, so no need to balance CRIT and stuff, so speed is much easier to build, especially since she has speed traces AND Ruan Mei gives 10% Speed.

With a certain character releasing next patch it will be rather easy to run two super break teams at once. Also, Himeko is still rather good in pure fiction. That game mode single handedly keeps the entire erudition path relevant. Without it half of that path's units would rarely see use.
