@@silvianbruno7512 It's implied Miles was going to say it at multiple points (when Prowler says, "Your friend's the Tinkerer" and he says "It's not just that, I..." and then pauses before saying that protecting NY is his job. Miles also being very quick to say him meeting up with Phin was a date before getting embarrassed and quickly saying a friend date also seems like it was very intentionally put there to show Miles has feelings for Phin (though it's likely Phin didn't feel the same way). It's not as strong as the other evidence, but the way Miles responds to that conversation and saying "Phin, I..." also kinda comes off as if Miles felt differently and wanted to tell her. I think at an absolute minimum, their relationship was originally written with the intention of it being romantic and then it was changed later in development, but it still feels to me like they're implying Miles does actually have feelings for her.
