I'm in year 12 and still subscribed! Yours, Mr Salles and Mr Bruff's videos helped me get an 8 in literature GCSE! Incredible chapter summaries and tips! Will reccomend to others x

Well done, Lana (on the grade 8 rather than the subscription). Thanks for the kind words. I hope you're still enjoying literature.

I love this channel so much! I’m in year 10 and I have always been more of a maths and science person but I have become extremely attached to Jekyll and Hyde , the story is phenomenal! This channel has really helped with my work from home on the novel and it would be much appreciated if you could analyse chapters 8,9 and 10 too! This channel is great!

Thanks for the kind words, Katie. Best of luck with the exams! I'll try my best to fit in the remaining chapters before the end of the year.

Hi, I didn't quite understand the link between "answering horror" and duality? Is it a reference to how the two men mirror each other's reaction?
@MarkBirch4 жыл бұрын
It is! Well done for deciphering!

@@MarkBirch but I thought 'duality' implies difference not similarity? (apologies for persisting on this!)

@@xxsid1979xx Hi It often does. Antonymic duality requires opposition but duality is, in essence, division into two and can be based on mirroring, as with some forms of doppelganger.
