Xilonen is an amazing universal buff (except anemo and dendro, both of which have amazing supports for their own elememts) You wouldn’t feel like you’re missing out if you play dendro as dendro is pretty cracked with Nahida, Kuki and a few others. But Xilonen on Arlecchino, Hu Tao, Neuvi, Chiori, many many characters see a very noticeable bump in damage, and that jump gets larger at c2.

I havent been team building and thought, damn I wish I had Xilonen, like I did when I didn't get Furina or Xianyun on their first banners. Also the teams she would improve are my already busted af teams that clear with an stuipid amount of time to spare. Modern standards with characters like Chevreuse who contribute massive damage just by breathing, and Cinder City set that adds +0.4 to a damage multiplier for not just one of your characters, but ALL of your characters because lol... yeah, she's lame in comparison. Still around Shenhe level even with her imaginary perfect partner (Mualani comes close) which is pretty bad.... but newbies with no better options could use her. Reactions make up a crazy portion of your damage when you can't farm and level artifacts yet..

Honestly don't know why anyone is surprised. They've essentially told us that we'll never get a pyro support as good as Bennett by releasing Mavuika as another pyro DPS. Your skill is just going to put a shield up. I think it only damages when you are over 50 Nightsoul. I could be wrong though but that's how I understand it. So probably not going to proc the effect on Sac Frag. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I just tested sac frag, it triggers when you are next to enemies applying shield and you are below 50 nightsoul. If you are above 50, it triggers further away because of the AoE damage. Even when you are not near enemies, you most likely will have your burst energy high enough to not need to trigger the proc. And if you are running with xilonen (no fav necessary) it's even better. I run it with 150 ER and I have the burst every rotation. Overall it feels really good, you can run EM sands.

​​@@purplerainPRMauvika can't trigger scroll on Lyney teams because she needs to trigger the reaction to get scroll buff and you usually use an anemo or geo unit with Lyney as 4th slot for VV shred like Kazuha or scroll Xilonen or Zhongli petra, so Mav isn't triggering a reaction there nor proccing Scroll set in Lyney teams unless you play in overload with an electro applier that's faster than Mauvika's in a Chevreuse overload team, but you risk missing out on Lyney's A4 100% dmg bonus passive if the opponent has no pyro aura active (which is a massive dmg loss). It's an inherent general flaw of Chevreuse teams with Lyney that I found out while playing it & it probably works only with someone like Kujou Sara C2+ in a quickswappy playstyle due to Sara's weak and easily controllable electro application. On a side note, C6 Chevreuse's ability triggers even when you're not using a pyro+electro team so she can still buff your Lyney's pyro dmg without overload (I tried it and it works) so you could potentially run C6 Chevreuse even while putting units like Zhongli, Kazuha, Lanyan, Xilonen, etc. as the 4th slot Citlali unironically is better as a scroll set user for Lyney since Cryo doesn't remove pyro gauges as easily as hydro or electro for example and she provides a bit of shielding which is useful for Lyney.

She's actually good for lynei, instead of xiangling, because with xiangling, you want to stay close to the enemies for the pyronado to hit them, you can actually star afar with mavuika. And she'll deal comparable damage to xiangling, it's a confort pick

It should be fine. Around an extra 120k damage from the melts. Not the most efficient use of slots; tons of aura application being unrealized and the damage amp reactions highly benefit from funneling buffs onto the trigger unit. If you really want your Ayaka to shine, you should hope for a new element that has a good reaction with Ice. They really like having money so such a thing is very possible.

Four stars are so hard to get and with certain characters repeating 3xs a year, it's harder still. A word of caution, meta shifts in abyss are pretty intense when the archon appears (looks at current abyss) but if you don't care about that so much, 100% go for the second half. That's what I've always done and it's worked out great, but I'm a characters over meta person. I just end up using the time to have some absolutely broken artifacts while I've waited for the rerun good luck on your pulls

​@@amouramarie Get your 5-star from first half if you were gonna, and then build pity on the 2nd unless you *really* don't like the 5-stars. I know there's always the risk of getting an early 5-star, but I say its worth it for those 4-stars. Only 35.2% of 5-stars come before soft pity (calc'd from piamon moe) so if you're not on a guarantee, that's only 17.6% of winning a 50/50 on a character you don't want, if you wish all the way to 73, starting from 0 pity.

Despite all the banner appearances in the last year, I still need Bennet Cons. I just leveled Diona for Imaginarium Theater. I have Kachina leveled for Imaginarium Theater, and she is useful simply by existing via the Natlan set and Geo technically reacting with most of the game. I think for the Natlanese specifically, substituting full crit rate (probably 33% like he beacon claymore) and instead moving some to in Crit Dam instead is best. Just from C0-R1 ascension 6 Obsidian Codex, Mavuika already sits 56. Getting 19% more from substats alone isn’t the hardest thing in the world. Hell, if you get the lowest crit rate starting value on every piece and 0 rolls into it, that still puts your substat total at 13.5, or 69.5 real total which I think we can all agree is a nice number. If the weapon was 33% instead, then with everything I just said it would put her at 91.5% which means you need to hyper focus your artifacts into Crit Dmg just to prevent over capping. It’s easier to build Mavuika optimally with the weapon as it is.

Honestly these banners are so bad for long term players. Bennett rerunning every 3 banners is also absurd, like let bro rest a bit. Diona is just a useless character to most, Kachina is free and only an EM bot with 0 dmg so her cons do nothing. Meanwhile 2nd half is stacked beyond anything with a new very good 4*, chevreuse and rosaria who has cons worth getting but is obviously on the less desirable side but 2 out of 3 is better than 0 out of 3. Putting both new characters on phase 1 without extending banner duration is also scummy af. Its not a problem for me but others won't even get to use all of 5.3s primos to pull for mavuika or citlali. This would be a very bad trend going forward.

I have a suspicion (and this is just speculation) that there are more newer players than there are older players. Because hoyo has the numbers of ownership for each character. So they want newer players to have a chance to get Bennett. I know since the Xbox release my cousin started playing Genshin for the first time ever! ​@@fuzyfuzfuz2I've been saying that Natlan is the new Mondstadt. They made massive new player QOL with Natlan's release and allowed players to skip from Liyue to Natlan. Natlan has been a much easier region to complete everything in than the past few regions. The power levels are adjusted up and there's a lot of Natlan exclusivity, which means old players are more incentivized to pull and new players can get caught up quicker. My theory is not that there are more new players than old; it's that they've been focusing most of Natlan (and the banners of course) to bringing in and catching up new players.

Prioritize Citlali. Cryo characters tend to not rerun for a really long time. So get her first. Your Arlecchino & Neuvillette will benefit a lot with Citlali too. Citlali exactly wants a Pyro DPS or Hydro DPS in her team. Yes, Mavuika is a strong DPS, but so is Arlecchino. Arlecchino is NOT suddenly weak or useless just because Mavuika is a strong DPS.

not that much I would say is 5/10 if you have Neuvi and Arle, I would just recommend Citlali in that situation

Good thing I skipped arlecchino simply coz I don't like her design. Turns out, the mavuika would powercreep her in all levels of investment 😂

for my situation I have Neuvi but don't have a 5 star Pyro dps that's why im getting Mavuika since it will be the best Value in my account and 2nd is gonna be Citlali

Im using mavuika on my Kinich team but idk if i should use codex or deepwood because Kinich is using Codex, Furina Golden Troupe, and Bennette Noblese
