Yes, it's blinding, but I've seen a lot of liquid highlighters that do basically the same. Soooo my conclusion is it doesn't need to be a high brand highlighter to be blinding. The formula and the consistency is interesting, but the shine is pretty basic, if that makes sense.

I think applying the highlighter with your finger made it look better because the heat from your skin allowed it to blend better then the brush. Thank you so much for doing these reviews!! Where would we be without Jeffree 😫❤️🤩✨.
