That is a really cool interview. Nice to see someone who actually seems he wanna do this and love to talk about his music and career. Just a cool and down to earth guy.

Jason is a super nice guy. Met him after a Beck show in Massachusetts, and he signed my old Bellybutton cassette and ticket stub! Had a nice chat, he was super cool.

What an awesome interview! I'm so glad to finally hear the story of the "She Still Loves Him" solo firsthand from Jason. I'm sure the last thing in the world he wants to talk about is his tiny tenure in Jellyfish when he's gone on to do WAY bigger and more important things, but some of us just can't get enough of the Jellyfish years and the stories from back then.

This is an incredibly candid interview. Pablo, you did a fantastic job engaging Jason and keeping the interview entertaining. Jason, thank you for answering so many questions I've had as a fan. You are a hero musician/songwriter of mine.

Always wanted to hang out on a front porch with Jason and listen to him answering questions and chatting about his experiences as a musician and life. Cool house tour. Fantastic interview. Looking forward to the long awaited album.

Nice job with this interview, Pablo!!! I LOVED hearing these stories from Jason. Listened to Bent Van Looy for the first time today and I really like it! Can't wait for the new Falkner album. Thank you for continuing to keep the Jellyfish flame alive!

About 40:33, I found this weird excerpt from the cover designer - "I did this cover for my friend Steve Samioff, who was the art director at Charisma. I can’t say for sure where the idea of naked girl and toothpaste came from, but I must highly recommend that you not try this at home. The photo shoot went well, and the model was a pleasure to work with, even after spending the better part of a long day naked, covered only in various patterns and colors of toothpaste. It was the next day we got the call from the emergency room, where it seems that the menthol had left her with some very painful and scary lesions which, luckily, went away after a couple of days."

Yes, I was at the show at Bogart’s down in Long Beach when Niko sat in. They were great. When we heard the Jellyfish record we thought they were the second coming of the Beatles. Indeed they were.

I overnighted his ‘All Quiet…’ album when it released in Japan and the seller a week or so later sent me his one night show dvd he did at O-Nest…As a matter of fact when I messaged Jason about receiving it here in the U.S.(San Diego,Ca) the day after it released in Japan he seemed genuinely surprised in his message response to me. Great record!!!!!

Jason's really never heard Spilt Milk? I'm surprised. I totally understand him not wanting to hear it in the 90s not wanting to remember his disappointing tenure in Jellyfish. But since he and Roger are still friends and even he and Andy made peace, you wonder why he possibly still has reservations about listening to it?

Great interview. What was the Air song on TOTP he was talking about? 'Radio#1', 'How Does It Make You Feel' or 'Don't Be Light'? And yes, I'm also surprised how they manage to keep these videos from being uploaded to the internet. So many great performances are missing. Massive Air fan by the way, and the time Jason was in them was my favourite era. 10,000hz Legend is one of my favourite albums ever. Saw them at Manc Apollo in 01 and they all looked (and sounded of course) cool as fnuk.

I have a copy of a song or two from Wembley Stadium on video from MTV that I transferred to digital some time ago. Is it still not circulating? I can upload if needed. Iirc it's an interview with some onstage footage. I'll dig it out if needed. I just assumed it was common footage. I was at the gig, the first time I saw the band (tried to get into their first Camden show but missed out).
