they are super simple animals and there isn't much to maintain, made of pure sea water mostly and they have no brain no heart and no blood to worry about being damaged, while us humans would die from a tiny burst of blood vessel, if we could figure out a way for humans to not use blood to carry nutrients, we would probably live much longer i think? at least our number one killers like heart attacks and strokes would be avoided. not sure how to revert the age of our cells though..

Jellyfish are my favorite animal. I remember as a kid swimming in the greece sea, I saw a huge black spot. I dove under the water to grab it, it was a giant darkbrown jellyfish, with a bunch of tiny fish underneath it. At the time I was super scared, but now I appreciate it's beauty! :)

Of course it has 'Australia' on the name of the most venomous jellyfish. Is there like some evolutionary theories or explanation behind why most of the dangerous species existing today were originated from Australia?
@Horny_Fruit_Flies6 жыл бұрын
Actually, there is. According to PhD Karl Pilkington, Snakes, Spiders, and other venomous creatures tend to hide under rocks. The Earth is one big rock, Australia is at the bottom of that rock, and they try to hide under it.

Got stung by one of these yesterday- it hurt SO BADLY!!! I actually thought that I was bitten by a shark and was surprised to see I still had skin on my leg when I looked. Felt sharp intense pain and burning, like if sliced with a knife that was soaked in pepper sauce. My son was also stung on his foot at the same time, he thought maybe a ground shark bit his foot off!! It really does feel more like a huge bite from something like a shark rather than a sting. Location: Hilton Head beach, SC, USA. We were out thigh deep ie still in shallow water.
