@@catflap001 That was McCabe. There was even a specifically rushed politically motivated IG report to "justify" it. McCabe did get his pension re-instated following a October 2021 court case. As to Comey, I could not find anything that even suggested that. There were questions on Quora asking if he might lose his pension, suggesting he had already qualified. Even then, most results were directing me to Andy McCabe.

Just before he said he has no regrets (about re-opening Clinton email investigation) he was talking about how difficult it would be for a Trump supporter to admit they were wrong or mislead about Trump because it would be like admitting there was something deep within them that was wrong (I didn’t replay to verify exact wording, but paused at 44:46, so it was before that). Maybe the same thing for him? He seems like an OK guy, but we all have blind spots.
