I'm not sure how I ever missed this workout! You know I love your quad workouts and combined with Jen's ideas this was insane. I was ready to call it a day after the thigh dancing. My thighs are jelly right now, thank you for that. This is now in my Linda list of favs. Thank you Jen and Linda for the torture. Btw, I did lighter weights so I give you guys kudos for the weights you had on.

Yep, Jen is insane when it comes to her ankle weight workout requests! There's actually another really hard ankle weight workout coming up this month too. My quads were sore for 3 days after filming it because I ended up filming it twice in a row due to tech issues 😅

Glad you liked it! I do most of my workouts with atleast light ankle weights along with lots of running and spin class😊

I wanted a workout like this before!! I would like to find heavier weight for ankles but not sure where to get them. Highest I saw was 10

Where abouts are you located? I bought mine on Ebay. You can get everything up to 5kg per leg.

Thank you Linda and Jen!!! I absolutely loved the torture!! I did this when I got home and was too tired to do one of your standing. I paired it with your Foot Injury Glutes. I kept the heavy ankle weights on 😅 Fun and killer mat workout!!

Just be glad you set a 20 min limit 😉🤣 i just finished it with the same weight as you yes that was great you killed me 🥵 belive it or not.but yes i loved it im so glad you are letting us " pick are poison" i got plenty more ideas if you need any

haha, I am definitely glad there's a limit. I don't think I could have done another 10 minutes of raises. My leg would have dropped off! I am sore today for sure! 🥵

@@LindaActive i feel it was needed just not manny floor quad workouts out ther and even fewer 20 min ones that are that hard. I mean with any workout, was it even worth it if your body dont feel like jello after 🤣

I enjoyed Jen's workout, and it was so challenging I'm glad it was only 20 minutes lol. I used 1kg ankle weights and moved to lying down on my elbows pretty quickly. lol

I been wanting something to get my quads stronger and get muscle definition in them and not do lunges lol. I hate lunges because feet surgery on both makes it harder now to stay balance

Girls, at this point I don't even know why you want to have strong quads... hardly done it with 1 kg weights, on the elbows half the time. An excellent workout anyway!

haha, we want strong everything! As we age we have to do more to keep our muscle, so by adding more challenging equipment we can ensure that!
