This was real good. Heart rate and calorie count up. Looking forward to more of these. Only my bench was too close to my stepper so I need to place my equipment to avoid bumping into myself. I wonder if I added another weight in my ankle weight if I can still do it .

Omg Linda this was amazing thank you so much for this workout! It was exactly what I needed today! I was feeling really frustrated earlier today because I came home for the holidays to find that the “luxury” gym chain had fully bought up its more reasonably priced competitor in our area and now they p much monopolize gym accessibility in the area for 75 dollars a month unless you commit to an annual subscription. I wasted the morning running around to three different gyms and still couldn’t find a suitable place. So I just came home and did this instead (was saving it for later in the week) and I felt cheered up immediately. So thanks once again for all the creativity and challenge, I LOVED the little airplane balance move! ❤❤❤

Bounce & Groove Dance Party (1 minute) Sit on the stability ball and bounce gently to the rhythm of a hip-hop/pop song. Just finished this workout!!! Thank you!! I LOVED and ENJOYED the whole thing. I will definitely be sore in my legs tmrw but I was able to do the whole thing. And I'm sweating!!! Always a good workout when I sweat like this!!! Thank you Linda! You delivered. And I loved that you used the ball, band and weights!!!

Thank you Linda and Roo. I love these stretch sculpt cardio fusion workouts. I think I messed up the choreography a bit but it doesn't matter as I still got really sweaty and breathless. Perfect! Definitely a favourite ❤❤❤
