I’ve had my mattress for 24 years. Not kidding. By coincidence today I bought a new organic inner spring with firmer edge because in bed an hour or more every morning. No gel because I find gel hot and uncomfortable. This one felt just right the moment I got on it. It’s going to be delivered tomorrow. I bought from a local mattress shop. Note that I was inspired to get a new mattress because I have a pinched nerve in my back, and I have been in a lot of pain and unable to sleep. This won’t cure it, I’ll be in physical therapy for that and other activities, but will make it more comfortable for me to sleep. Thanks for these recipes!

I cook my potatoes without pre cooking what I do I put a lid on the pan checking and stirring this creates a lot of moisture and helps the potatoes all the way through without burning them my grandmother's cooked fried potatoes like this I don't know how to cook them without sweating but it doesn't how there cooked their always good

I bought a similar mattress in a box here in Australia a few years back. Really check the warranty fine print. My partner sweats and we didn't use a mattress protector, and so now the glue has separated and we aren't covered under warranty. Their reasoning was no attempt made to preserve the mattress.

Hey, if you have picky kids (like I did) cut your baby carrots long wise into slivers and they’ll think it’s cheese. 🙃 My Mom was amazing on her single-Mom budget. She made something she called Spanish rice and it had rice, some tomato paste, spices and ground meat. It really stretched a pound (or less) of meat. It was a one-pot-wonder. I make it now and the Rotel is what I use to get some kick but I’ve also used a few T of salsa as well.
@Jen-Chapin Жыл бұрын
Haha good tip on the carrots! 😝

@@Jen-Chapin My son would ask, “What’s this?” I would say; What does it look like? He would say “Cheese!” And I would just say- You’re so smart. 😉 LoL I prided myself on not lying. Hahaha

Hey Jen, I just found out that baby carrots are peeled with formaldehyde! Yikes! I won’t be buying these for the grandkids anymore. Even the organic ones. How can this be? Industry secrets be darned! I have a peeler and I know how to use it. 😂 I’ve checked several sources too. A friend in culinary school told me about it, but I couldn’t believe it, so I checked it out. Great video by the way.
