Went thru Hell Week in 1998 .. Was incredible and I learned a lot .. Some of it is a blur w/ the sleep deprivation but it put me light years above where I was before I attended .. Still have my “ Survived Hell Week 1998 “ t- shirt !!

Except in this video I get a lot of people saying "she did really good, we didn't lower the bar, I've always wanted to be apart of the elite". Then she proceeds to bench 135 lbs once in different clips and a bunch of other things that most people can do. Just doesn't seem like a very good video about how "elite" she is. I say show me some suffering. I just see a smiley face person doing typical things that most people can do. I fully agree, however that's not an issue with this agency. SWAT tryouts are simply choosing the best out of everyone, this does not seem like a diversity hire, but more of a celebration of the fact that a female was able to pass the tests which are more difficult, naturally/biologically for women.

@@JimmyMcneil Well, given that some jobs like firefighting, special ops,& SWAT require more effort than other jobs, you'd want to screen out people who can't do the job. You do it with tests,both mental & physical so that you don't waste time & money training people who are unable to complete the program. You can always let those who do drop out come back after they heal up from an injury (BTDT) or realize that they dropped out due to a brain fart that made them think they'd gone far enough.

At 7:13, anyone taking cover at 180 degrees, would have plenty of time to neutralize her from the moment her rifle compensator shows till her body comes into view. It takes her two seconds to point her weapon at the 180 degree position into the room, something she would not be able to do because she'd be down before she even started to turn to her left. Trully appalling "tactical procedures". Besides why would they storm into the room as if they're immune to bullets? Poor woman, she's evidently just a quota hire but all in all their "training" is putting them at risk.
