At 14:17 it looks like you sewed the tongue on the outside (on top) of the sides where it laces up, and the tongue is supposed to be under the laces. But then you never mention that. Then it cuts to you showing the finished shoe with the tongue on the inside. Did you have to undo that side and re-sew it?
