I don’t know why but the gas station Sprite story actually made me tear up. Like that’s such a powerful thing for a mom to do. Turn something that could have been horrible for a child to remember into a funny story. Saving her from embarrassment instead of shaming her. I know it might seem small but it is powerful. Jennica you are such a great mom protecting your child’s emotions since she was small ❤️

Jennica, the whole nurturing conversation I related to so hard, I’m a Mom as well and it was really comforting for me to hear that and be like “ok, same.” I sometimes feel guilty about it but I really admire the dynamic you and Annica have and I hope to have a similar one with my daughter as she gets older so I felt so much better knowing I haven’t “ruined it” by not being perfect in that way. Definitely going to check out this pill club sponsor as I just had my son 3 weeks ago and I just found out my insurance stopped paying for birth control as I was told by my pharmacy that the state of Georgia is trying to stop all insurance companies paying for birth control and put “Abstinence” into “full effect” to cut down on teen pregnancy rates #1 this is very frustrating because I’m 33 years old and if I want the birth control I have to pay the $315 it cost and with 3 kids there’s no way my husband and I could afford the birth control every month at that price #2 this isn’t going to do ANYTHING AT ALL but cause more pregnancies and in my opinion birth control SHOULD be free especially for teens… EDIT: I just signed up for pill club THANK YOU it was very easy and I’m really surprised all I had to do was a short survey and it’s definitely ALOT cheaper then $315

UNA/Flotown is my favorite place that I've lived! One apartment was right behind the lion's cage Wood Ave and I walked to campus..early in the mornings, I could feel the vibration from their growling/roaring! I had this coat that was their same color and it had fake fur around the neck( my friends called it the yeti)..Honestly, one of the scariest moments of my life is when they followed me down the side of their cage, full focused on me..they followed each step down their cage..my heart was pounding..ugh!
