I found this on google The frequency of breast exams depends on your age and risk of breast cancer: Ages 25-39: Get a clinical breast exam every 1-3 years. Ages 40-49: Get a mammogram and clinical breast exam every year. Ages 50-75: Get a mammogram and clinical breast exam every year. You should also perform a breast self-exam (BSE) monthly. The best time to perform a BSE is 7-10 days after your menstrual period starts. If you are no longer menstruating, you can choose a specific day of the month to perform your BSE. You should talk to your doctor about your risk factors for breast cancer and how often you should get screened So I guess you can go by that. I just find it sad that they can’t find a cure for cancer after so many years

I am so sad at the loss of Shannon Doherty as I was a huge fan of BH 90210 and was also very sad at the loss of Luke Perry!! I graduated highschool in 1988 and have been losing classmates recently,the most recent was earlier this year and it truly sucks and am still shocked by her death as she was a beautiful girl with a smile that lit up the room!! The best lesson to take from all this is to keep your lifelong friends as close as possible and every time you talk to them tell them how much you love them and what they and their friendship means to you!!!!💜😥😇

I hate it when they say that someone lost their battle to cancer. Shannen fought it with every fabric of her being. She didn't lose at all! She showed all of us no matter how sick we are, we can still get up and go to work. Shannen Doherty lived longer because she kept on getting back up. It must be that Irish in her. They fight like hell and I loved her resilience. I am going to miss her so much. Loved her from when I first saw her in Little House in the Prairie, 90219, Charmed and all the other movies that she has done. Beautiful, charismatic and smart. I just love her so much and know that she is free of all pain and flying high with Heavenly Father.

Brenda was my favorite character in Bev Hills. Pru in Charmed. When Shannen no longer appeared in the shows, I stopped watching. I admired her for being herself and not fake like many actors are. Sure, she may have been “difficult” but I’m sure she wasn’t the only one. She was beautiful inside and out and I feel sad for her nearest and dearest. Losing my BFF to cancer, being there with my BFF’s mom when she died, I saw and felt the pain when her daughter 40 yrs old left her and her family. And me and her other friends. I did relate to Brenda because, I know what it’s lose friends over jealousy issues and attitude problems. Ignore Shannen’s then bad girl reputation back then, but in the show Brenda became the villain, but also the outcast in the show. Shannen was going through a rough time in her personal life that she didn't share with her castmates so her lateness to the set caused friction. Shannen and Jennie resolved their differences as they got older.
