Garner would be much better off maintaining some distance from her Ben, for her own well-being. While it is understandable to desire a friendly relationship with the father of her children, the current level of involvement seems excessive and potentially detrimental to her emotional health. It's called co-dependency!

I’ve lost all respect for Ben after this mess with JLO, people are so busy hating on her that they miss the fact that he is a total loser of a husband. The kids are grown enough! 12,15 & 18 years old! There is no reason for him to be at his exes house and hanging around all the time. Violet can drive them over to see him. They can communicate on their own. Jen and Ben have an unhealthy relationship. Like going to your kids games together or getting everyone together, like JLO and her kids and Jen G and her man and her and bens kids for a family trip like Gwen Paltrow and Chris Martin do with their significant others is really cool. But this… no wonder the marriage is on the rocks.
