I admire Jennifer Lawrence so much, in part because she's never tried being something she's not...she's never attempted to give the polite diplomatic Hollywood answer to every (or any) question she's been asked by the media. She simply responds with the first thing that comes into her mind, and talks like how she would if she were talking to a friend. For those who say it's all a "funny girl" act you should watch the interviews from her co-stars- they all confirm that this is how she acts in her everyday life, it's not a front or a cry for attention- it's just who she is.

How is that a stereotype? Unless you're implying that she perpetuates the image that in order to be a "natural girl next door" you have to act exactly the same way she does I'm not sure I understand what you're saying. Regardless though, even if she is perpetuating a stereotype I still prefer the way she treats the media and her fans to that of the people who try to come off as being perfect in every interview. I guess it's just a matter of preference.

Reading all these comments just make me think their are some people who just prefer fake people over people not conforming themselves into what society and/or Hollywood wants them to be. Jennifer is not disrespectful she has given tones of serious interviews with intelligent answers.
