I believe Jennifer more than Ben, is having a difficult time with the break up. Ben, from his body language, does not seem to be in love with her anymore, hence we see how tense and angry he is. I feel he wants to move on, but seeing her in that sad state places a lot of pressure on him. Hence he is struggling as he does not want to hurt her anymore. I think it’s over.

There could be a rekindled romance I wouldn’t know I mind my own business but I am a good judgement of body language and the fact that JLO changed her last name back to Lopez and Ben’s uptight attitude might be a good indication that romance might be on life support at least with one or both of them holding the defibrillator paddles. It’s good that they’re kids seem to get along though but kids can read the tension in the room(coming from a girl with 3 estranged fathers) be weary of how to act in front of them.
